General Data Protection Regulation

We collect and process only the personal information you provide, including contact details, VAT number and identification documentation, that is necessary to provide our legal services and, in some cases, to meet our know-your-customer obligations.

Processing is necessary to perform the services contract concluded with our firm and, in certain cases, to comply with a legal obligation to which the firm is subject.

We do not transfer or disclose personal data to third parties except where necessary to comply with our legal obligations or with your prior consent. We do not process personal data for marketing purposes.

Personal data are retained for the duration of our contractual relationship and for the applicable limitation period, generally ten years. At the end of that period, they are deleted or anonymised unless we are legally entitled or required to retain them longer.

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, object to processing or request portability.
