Employment law governs individual and collective relationships between employers and employees in Luxembourg.

We advise employers on employment contracts, probation periods, fixed-term and permanent contracts and specific clauses, as well as throughout the employment relationship: maternity or parental leave, illness, workplace accidents, absence, lateness, suspension, settlement or mutual termination.

In the event of a dispute, particularly dismissal or redundancy, we act for both employers and employees.
